Competent Person

It is a legal requirement to have a ‘competent person’ within your business. If you don’t already, we can take on that legal duty for you. We can then liaise with enforcing bodies, insurance companies etc. on your behalf.

If you have properties in your business, you have a legal duty to carry out a Fire Risk Assessment. Our fire safety bolt on will provide you with both the fire risk assessment and a consultant to guide you on all your fire safety needs.
